I am a Law Enforcement Officer with 19 years of service and am currently employed as an Operations Captain for a mid-sized agency. I have instructed hundreds of officers on use of force, use of force case law, police policy and procedures, and Title 42 Section 1983 as it pertains to law enforcement. I am a CPTED practitioner and have conducted security assessments for government buildings, schools, and private businesses. I hold the following certifications and experience.
