Introduction

As a licensed professional civil engineer P.E., Mr. Secrest has over 15 years of experience as an expert witness and damages witness. I have performed professional expert witness services on eleven (11) court cases in California and one in Texas performing audio and video depositions; Robert has also performed inside the courtroom delivering expert witness testimony and/or written depositions as a damages witness (cost estimator), marine engineering expert, transportation expert witness, ADA and ABA expert witness, asset management expert witness, crane capacity, lifting and rigging expert witness, Stormwater management expert witness, civil engineering design expert witness, construction defect expert witness, real estate contract expert witness, human resource and business law expert witness, OSHA safety expert witness, and civil engineer expert witness.
