Throughout his career, he has led or supported responses to major disasters, including the Surfside condominium collapse and numerous statewide emergency response operations.

In addition to his operational leadership, Robert serves as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager with Emergency Services Consulting International (ESCI), where he has conducted staffing studies, standards of cover evaluations, strategic plans, deployment analyses, and organizational assessments for fire and EMS agencies throughout the United States. He is also a nationally recognized instructor in fire service operations, emergency medical services, incident command, technical rescue, hazardous materials response, emergency management, and public safety administration.

Today, Robert serves as a Fire & Emergency Medical Services Expert with Evidence Solutions, Inc., leveraging his operational, consulting, and instructional experience to assist attorneys in matters involving fire department operations, emergency medical services, emergency response policies and procedures, and compliance with recognized industry standards.
