Rob Zitsman, MBA, NHA
Greetings!
I'm Rob Zitsman, NHA, aka "Rob the Administrator Guy"
I am a nursing home and senior living administration expert who has worked on the front lines, at the facility level, for 30 years. In this capacity, I achieved 25 consecutive years of surveys within substantial compliance. I know the day-to-day challenges of meeting the needs and expectations of residents, families, and State licensing agencies. Using my knowledge and experience, I help attorneys, defense or plaintiffs, build the strongest case possible. My focus starts with the degree to which the facility met applicable Federal and State regulations and extends to offering unique insights into the root cause factors that may have led to an unfortunate outcome. I look at all aspects of "care matters"!
Looking forward to being your Administrator expert.
