Richelle McCaskill-Diaz is an elevator and escalator expert and third-generation IUEC member with nearly 30 years of industry experience as a mechanic, testing mechanic, foreman, and elevator inspector. Richelle’s expertise spans maintenance, repair and service, code compliance, new construction, modernization, cost estimating, and worker supervision and safety. As an expert at Robson Forensic, she investigates disputes involving injuries, damage valuations, and other economic loss claims.

Richelle started her professional career as an apprentice and mechanic working on a variety of repair and modernization projects on elevators and escalators. From working as a repair apprentice at the Denver International Airport, to serving the City of Seattle as an Elevator Inspector, to working for major manufacturers and service providers, Richelle’s breadth of experience would be hard to match.

Richelle holds a Certified General Elevator Mechanic License through the State of Washington Department of Labor & Industries. She is a Certified Mechanic by the National Elevator Industry Education Program (NEIEP) as well as a QEI Certified Elevator Inspector by the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities (NAESA).
