Dr. Fnu Rani Devi is a licensed general dentist with a strong background in comprehensive dental care, community service, and military dentistry. She currently practices as a full-time general dentist with Omni Family Health in Bakersfield, California, and serves as a Captain in the California Army National Guard, where she provides dental care and oral health readiness services to service members.

Dr. Devi began her academic journey in India, earning her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha Dental College in 2020, where she consistently ranked among the top students in her class and graduated with distinction (GPA 3.94). She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee, completing her program in 2022.

After graduation, Dr. Devi joined Western Dental and Orthodontics in Bakersfield, where she practiced as a general dentist from February 2023 to January 2023, providing preventive, restorative, surgical, periodontal, endodontic, and prosthodontic care. She also gained experience at Children’s Choice in Bakersfield, working weekends from October 2023 to February 2023, where she focused on pediatric dental procedures including stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, fillings, and extractions. In February 2024, she transitioned to Omni Family Health, where she quickly established herself as one of the organization’s top three providers, delivering full-scope general dentistry, including preventive care, restorative treatment, minor surgeries, patient education, and sleep apnea management.

In June 2025, Dr. Devi was commissioned as a Captain in the California Army National Guard (63A Dentist). Her responsibilities include providing general and emergency dental care to soldiers, conducting oral health education, leading preventive programs, and supervising dental technicians in both clinical and field environments.

Dr. Devi has also contributed to dental research, with her publication on the association of leukemia and mitochondrial disease featured in the Journal of Family Medicine and Primary Care in 2019. Her academic honors include awards for high academic performance and recognition in national talent competitions.

She holds active dental licensure with the Dental Board of California and the Punjab Dental Council, as well as DEA registration. Dr. Devi is a member of the American Dental Association and Kern Dental Society.
