Introduction

Randy Phares is an expert in packaging, especially corrugated and folding carton packaging. He is also an expert on pallets, crating, warehousing and transporting products by semi-truck, rail, parcel and air. Joseph Ingram v. Liberty Property: Expert for the Defense in a case where a crate of curtainwall panels failed injuring
the Plaintiff. Expert Report and Expert Report Addendum.

Cody Ball v. H.J. Heinz, Grand Prairie Logistics, LLC, Steve Garza and ES3, LLC; Expert for the Defense boxes of

securement, transportation and packing of medical equipment that was damaged during a move from one facility to

United Visual Branding v. Atlantic Freight. Expert for the Defendant in a case where a large sign was packaged and

Sowards v. United Fibers. Expert for the Plaintiff who was injured when he opened the rear doors of a trailer of baled
waste product which fell on him. I am currently retained and working on this case.
