Mr. Randall L Beard
Randy Beard is a swimming pool, spa and hardscape construction expert who has worked in the pool trade since 1979, first building and then running a 60-employee pool construction company. A licensed California contractor (C-53 and C-27, CSLB #871188) and former investigator for the Contractors State License Board, he investigates pool shell cracking and leaks, plaster failures, hillside and vanishing-edge pools, NEC 680 bonding, and deck and retaining-wall failures. He has given deposition testimony in more than 100 matters and testified before juries in San Diego and Los Angeles Superior Courts, for plaintiffs and defendants.
