Introduction

My name is Owen Ahearn, and I am an experienced and credentialed Premises Liability Expert with nearly forty years of experience managing and maintaining commercial, residential, industrial, condominium and homeowner associations. I have worked as a premises liability expert, for more than a decade, in twenty-four (24) states, the District of Columbia and in Canada.

I am a Certified Property Manager (CPM), an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM), an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), and have completed the credential on Maintenance and Risk Management, from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). I also hold the OSHA 30 General Industry certification. I also hold the Public Housing Manager (PHM) Certification from NAHRO.

I am a four-time Commercial Manager of the Year award winner from IREM New England Chapter 4, the largest member chapter in the USA.
