Introduction

Cannabis Consultant | Extraction Expert | BBS Finance | Court-Approved Witness

Niles Christodoulidis is a veteran cannabis processor, financial strategist, and business consultant with nearly 10 years of hands-on experience building extraction labs and scaling cannabis operations. He is the founder of Rebel Roots Farms and has built labs across Oregon, Tennessee, and Massachusetts, with additional consulting projects in MD, MS, OK, and SD.

A court-approved expert witness (Oregon Case 21-DR-18301), Niles is qualified to testify on cannabis processing methods, expected yields, and operational challenges—including banking and logistics issues in the hemp and cannabis industries.

He is especially known for helping clients avoid costly extraction errors like over-decarboxylation, solvent hydrolysis, potency loss due to isomerization, and compliance failures from labeling.

Niles holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from the University of Memphis, where he graduated #1 in his concentration and 3rd overall in 2006. He previously worked as a CRPC-qualified Financial Advisor and Training Manager with Merrill Lynch, and ran his own financial management firm, The SMC Group, from 2010–2016. He also helped scale Lenny’s Sub Shop from 1 to over 60 locations between 1998–2002.

His consulting today spans business structuring, e-commerce, branding, finance, and logistics—giving cannabis clients the full-stack strategy they need to succeed.
