Introduction

Ms. Liska specializes in applied economic and statistical modeling, with over 25 years of experience on a diversity of cases across industries. She has extensive experience addressing economic damages, most often in the areas of (i) personal injury/wrongful death, (ii) employment-related cases (e.g., wrongful termination, discrimination) (iii) analyses to address class action claims (e.g., wage and hour, false advertising, statistical sampling), and (iv) commercial claims (e.g., intellectual property, breach of contract, antitrust). She has provided economic and financial analyses on these matters by combining sophisticated economic and statistical techniques.

Ms. Liska has testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts, arbitration, and deposition.
