Dr. Miguel Rodriguez is a board-certified anesthesiologist and cardiac anesthesiologist (NBE Testamur – Advanced) specializing in complex medical malpractice and standard-of-care litigation. He is additionally board certified in Health Care Quality and Management (CHCQM) by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, with sub-specialty certification as a Physician Advisor (CHCQM-PHYADV) and in Patient Safety and Risk Management (CHCQM-PSRM). Retainer

• Invoices are due upon receipt. Work may pause on accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Cancellation Policy:
• Depositions and trial dates cancelled within 5 business days of the scheduled date are billed at the applicable minimum.
