Mark Sullivan is a registered architect and construction administration professional with over 25 years of experience. His career as an architect and Project Manager began with residential projects and grew to include multi-purpose sports facilities, K-12 schools, and higher education facilities. Mark conducts forensic casework throughout the Southwestern US from his home base in Houston, TX. As an expert at Robson Forensic, Mark applies his expertise to investigations of premises liability disputes, construction claims, and architectural professional liability.

Mark is qualified to address both the practical aspects and potential challenges involved in building design and during construction, after managing construction projects from design through completion. He worked for Gensler as a Design Realization Leader, where he held responsibility for the technical development of construction documentation and the handling of all construction administration tasks. In this role, he served the Houston, Miami, Los Angeles, and San Diego offices; performing Quality Assurance / Quality Control and documentation peer reviews on projects. Having worked on residential, commercial, and institutional projects, Mark is well versed in building codes and standards.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and ASTM International, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and is a certified Construction Documents Technologist (CDT). He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University in 1994. Mark holds additional testing and inspection credentials involving the English XL slip tester (CXLT), the TRIAX TOUCH surface impact tester, and as a Certified Playground Safety Inspector.
