Dr. Mark Moya is an experienced general dentist and endodontic practitioner with over 17 years of clinical and administrative expertise across various dental care environments. A 2007 graduate of New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Moya specializes in remote diagnostics, treatment planning, claims review, and Medi-Cal case adjudication.

Currently, Dr. Moya serves as an Endodontic General Practitioner with West Coast Dental (June 2024–present), providing Medi-Cal-focused endodontic treatment, re-treatment of posterior and anterior teeth, and diagnostic consultation. Simultaneously, he works as a Dental Adjudicator with Gainwell Technologies via Arthur Lawrence, remotely reviewing Medi-Cal claims and treatment authorization requests (TARs) in accordance with state clinical guidelines.
