A: FEES:
Retainer - $5,000

Portal to Portal Hourly Rate $225
EXPENSES:
Unless mutually agreed in writing, expenses will be determined as shown below and paid by retaining counsel:
• Travel by Air or Train: The cost of an unrestricted round-trip ticket for economy or coach, unless travel is
otherwise directed.
• Travel by Personal Automobile: Equal to the IRS mileage allowance for business use of personal car at time of
travel.
• Car Rental: The cost of a mid-sized rental car and any associated expenses, if travel is beyond the local area
(greater than 50 miles) of the expert.
• Lodging: Cost of a single room and Expert will arrange any lodging required beyond the expert’s local area
(greater than 50 miles) unless otherwise directed. Any costs incurred related to cancellation of lodging shall be
reimbursed.
• Meals: The cost of any meals while traveling.
• Other Expenses: The costs incurred from postage, delivery, photography, document reproduction,
administrative tasks, exhibit preparation and storage of materials or other reasonable expenditures.
