Dr. Lisa Zaleski-Larsen, DO, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist with over 13 years of clinical experience spanning medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is fellowship-trained in cosmetic dermatology and holds a second board certification in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, providing specialized expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease, including varicose veins.

Dr. Zaleski-Larsen has extensive experience managing complex dermatologic conditions requiring advanced topical therapies, systemic medications, and biologic agents. Her clinical practice includes a strong focus on skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, including melanoma. She has extensive experience with neuromodulators, fillers, and laser treatments. She is well-versed in evidence-based standards of care and complex medical decision-making across a broad range of dermatologic conditions.

Dr. Zaleski-Larsen graduated with honors as a member of Sigma Sigma Phi from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, followed by dermatology residency training at Naval Medical Center San Diego. She subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in cosmetic dermatology at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in San Diego, California.

She currently serves as a clinical preceptor for Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and Western University of Health Sciences, reflecting her ongoing role in physician education and training.

Dr. Zaleski-Larsen is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has authored and edited dermatology textbook chapters, published in peer-reviewed medical journals, and presented at national medical conferences.

Dr. Zaleski-Larsen practices in Nevada and is available for record review and testimony nationwide. She offers clear, well-reasoned medical analysis, timely communication, and an ability to explain complex dermatologic issues in an accessible manner.
