Dr. Krystle Rose Frazier-Philo is a licensed clinical psychologist and experienced clinical supervisor with a strong background in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. She earned her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology (Ed.D.) from Argosy University in Ontario, California, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on child and adolescent development from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University.
Dr. Frazier-Philo currently serves as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at ABS Kids in Rancho Cucamonga, California (April 2021–Present), where she conducts psychological evaluations, provides in-person and virtual therapy, and supervises predoctoral and postdoctoral psychological associates. Her work encompasses assessment and treatment for a range of psychological conditions, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, MDD, IDD, anxiety, and depression. She also develops and implements training programs for multidisciplinary teams and assists in creating accredited postdoctoral training programs.
From Fall 2021 to Fall 2024, she held a contracted position as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor at Vision Counseling Services, providing oversight, training, and evaluation for predoctoral and postdoctoral students. Previously, Dr. Frazier-Philo worked as an Individual and Group Clinical Psychologist at Institutes of Health in San Diego (Nov. 2020–Mar. 2021), where she provided therapy in both English and Spanish for patients experiencing chronic pain and cognitive difficulties following industrial injuries and traumatic brain injury.
Her early professional experience includes clinical therapy and supervision roles with San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health, South Coast Community Services, ABLE Mediation and Counseling Services, Connecting Dot By Dot, and Coyne and Associates, where she worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults in foster care, probation systems, and underserved populations. Dr. Frazier-Philo has conducted assessments, developed treatment plans, provided therapy, and delivered psychoeducational programming, consistently emphasizing trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.
