Kris Kopensky, CPM, is a seasoned real estate operations executive with more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale commercial, life science, and retail portfolios across Southern California and beyond. As Vice President of Operations at BioMed Realty and Irvine Company, Kris has held direct accountability for portfolios totaling nearly 20 million square feet, overseeing asset performance, capital planning, tenant relations, NOI optimization, and organizational governance. A Certified Property Manager (CPM) and California licensed real estate salesperson, Kris brings hands-on expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, lease management, property operations, and BOMA measurement standards — having identified over $22 million in incremental annual revenue through measurement analysis alone.
