Dr. Kittaporn Jonglertjanya is a physician who completed her psychiatry residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2025. Her clinical training has included comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment for patients across a wide range of care settings, with a developing focus on integrative and psychodynamic approaches to mental health care.
In addition to her core residency training, Dr. Jonglertjanya is currently engaged in advanced psychotherapy education through the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program at Columbia University, which she began in September 2024. She is also pursuing additional training in Integrative Psychiatry through the University of Arizona’s program, beginning in March 2025. These concurrent programs reflect her growing interest in blending evidence-based medicine with holistic modalities and depth-oriented therapeutic frameworks.

Jonglertjanya earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021 from Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to entering medical school, she cultivated a unique interdisciplinary background that informs her patient-centered approach. She holds an MBA in International Hospitality and Service Industries Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, earned in 2013, and a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Management/Marketing from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
Her early experiences included a hospitality internship with the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles (2013–2014), where she gained experience in service delivery and operations. From 2015 to 2017, she volunteered at Casa de los Niños in Tucson, a crisis shelter that supports children and families experiencing trauma. There, she deepened her commitment to mental health advocacy and trauma-informed care, experiences which ultimately guided her toward a career in psychiatry.
Dr. Jonglertjanya’s diverse international education and professional experiences—spanning healthcare, hospitality, and community service—inform her empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to patient care. Her professional interests include integrative psychiatry, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and systems-based approaches to mental health.
