Introduction
Dr. Luck has provided file reviews for expert medical opinions and conducted independent examinations for both defense and plaintiff in hundreds of civil and criminal cases involving a wide range of injuries, including automobile-related incidents, slips and falls, assaults, and malpractice.
Dr. Luck’s understanding and assessment of injury have been strengthened through specialized training, including Automotive Crash Dynamics and Biomechanics, Independent Chiropractic Examiner training, a Fellowship in Spinal Biomechanics and Trauma, and Crash Investigation and Reconstruction.
Dr. Kevin J. Luck has firsthand experience in trauma as an emergency medical technician, along with decades of clinical practice as a team physician for both amateur and professional sports organizations. He has remained actively involved in patient care for more than 42 years and also works as an independent medical examiner and expert witness.
