I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist with extensive experience conducting clinical and forensic evaluations involving cognitive impairment, psychological trauma, brain injury, and complex mental health conditions. As a California Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) since 2014, I have evaluated numerous workers’ compensation and Agreed Medical Evaluator (AME) cases, providing objective, evidence-based opinions on disputed psychological and neurocognitive issues.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland and completed specialized postdoctoral training in neuropsychology at the University of Pennsylvania. My clinical background includes comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, treatment of severe psychological disorders, and pre-surgical psychological evaluations for patients undergoing spinal cord stimulator procedures.

Throughout my career, I have worked in complex clinical settings, including the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and CHE Senior Psychological Services, where I developed extensive expertise in the evaluation of trauma-related conditions, cognitive dysfunction, and psychological distress. In addition, I have performed medical record reviews and medical historian services for more than a decade, providing me with a strong foundation for analyzing extensive medical records, identifying critical diagnostic information, and assessing the consistency of clinical findings over time.

In the medicolegal setting, I am frequently retained in matters involving traumatic brain injury, psychological injury, cognitive impairment, post-traumatic stress, and questions of causation, disability, apportionment, and future treatment needs. My evaluations incorporate comprehensive clinical interviews, psychometric testing, record review, and evidence-based analysis to produce thorough, well-supported reports that assist attorneys, insurers, and triers of fact in resolving complex psychological and neurocognitive issues.
