Introduction

Ms. Plat is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with over twenty-five years of forensic accounting experience. She has served as a court appointed expert and has testified as an expert witness at deposition, arbitration and trial.

Ms. Plat is experienced at assisting counsel with accounting, financial and economic issues for the resolution of disputes. She is a specialist in determining the amount of economic damage. She works on a variety of matters involving lost income, lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, wrongful termination, wrongful death, embezzlement, infringement of intellectual property, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, earn-out agreements, convertible loans, lender liability, accounting malpractice and punitive claims.
