
Dr. Julia Davidoff, MD

Dr. Julia Davidoff is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in adult psychiatry, electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and telepsychiatry. She currently provides psychiatric care through telehealth via Pacific Clinics to underserved areas at the Asian Pacific Islander Family Center in Rosemead and at Monrovia Clinic.
Dr. Davidoff has held multiple leadership roles throughout her career, including serving as Medical Director of Electroconvulsive Therapy at both Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center (2021–2023) and Olympia Medical Center (2019–2021). She began her ECT practice at Olympia in 2017 before assuming the directorship role. Earlier in her career, she worked at UCLA’s Resnick Neuropsychiatric Institute as a psychiatrist in both the Partial Hospital/Intensive Outpatient Program (2015–2022) and the Student Health outpatient service (2015–2020). She also provided telepsychiatric care for geriatric patients through Forefront Telecare and served as an outpatient psychiatrist for Los Angeles County Mental Health’s West Valley Center.
Dr. Davidoff completed her psychiatry residency at Hofstra School of Medicine and Zucker Hillside Hospital, Northwell Health, where she trained from 2010 to 2014. Her residency training included one year of Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree with Highest Honors from Ross University School of Medicine (2008) and her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis, where she graduated with High Honors and a Biological Sciences Citation for academic achievement and independent research. In 2009, she earned a Certificate in Healthcare Management and Leadership with distinction from UCLA School of Public Health Extension.
She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (since 2015), with additional training and certification in electroconvulsive therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation. Dr. Davidoff has published in Quality of Life Research on patient outcomes in panic disorder. She is fluent in Russian, further enhancing her ability to connect with a diverse patient population.
