Introduction

Dr. Cornman-Homonoff is a fellowship-trained, board-certified interventional and diagnostic radiologist and Assistant Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at the Yale School of Medicine. As part of this role, he serves as Medical Director of Interventional Radiology at the West Haven VA Medical Center. He maintains an active clinical practice with expertise in image-guided interventions, vascular and nonvascular procedures, embolization, venous thromboembolic disease, and thoracic diagnostic imaging. His academic work includes clinical research which has resulted in over 60 peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Cornman-Homonoff provides independent, evidence-based expert review for matters involving standards of care, procedural complications, diagnostic imaging, causation, and outcomes. He offers clear, objective analysis grounded in current medical literature, clinical experience, and accepted practice standards.
