Introduction

I am the Vice President and Chief Forensic Examiner with Maryman & Associates, with over 15 years of investigative experience, including cyber breach investigations, employee misconduct, and email recovery and analysis. My specialty in deep technical forensic analysis, and am known to be able to relate technical knowledge to non-technical decision makers, including judges and juries. I have worked over 1000 cases and analyzed over 2000 pieces of digital evidence. I have provided expert witness testimony in state, federal, and international legal matters.

I am also an Associate Professor of Information Technology Practice at the Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of Southern California. I authored the undergraduate programs in cybersecurity and digital forensics. I have taught thousands of students and have won awards for teaching excellence.
