
Mr. John E. Poole, P.E.
Mr. Poole performs forensic investigations, claims analysis and testimony for the entirety of the construction industry including schedule delays, construction costs, contractor liability, construction defects, water intrusion, floods, settlement, structural failures, drainage, mold, tree and vehicle impact, among others.
Mr. Poole has worked on stadiums, casinos, hotels, piers, hospitals, schools, churches, government facilities, roads, bridges, utility infrastructure, and multi-family and single-family residential buildings over his 20 year career.
He has assumed the roles of civil engineer, general contractor, subcontractor, owner representative, construction inspector, and quality control manager. He has performed over 200 forensic investigations of property damage.
Mr. Poole is a professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, and Florida and a LEED accredited professional. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management, and is currently pursuing continued education.
