Mr. Dalkowski has more than 45 years of experience in real estate development, litigation, and counseling in 30 states and has appraised more than $11 Billion in assets. He is experienced in providing transactional counseling, litigation and arbitration support and expert witness testimony, and valuation advisory services, particularly on specialized or complex transactions.
