President of mortgage company, past president and education chair and current director and member of the education committee of the California Mortgage Association. Extensive teaching and training experience as an instructor for loan originator and loan servicer continuing education classes, including those required under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, (NMLS) seminars on mortgage industry practices, and as a contract instructor for Park University Enterprises. Author of numerous courses and seminars regarding loan origination, loan servicing and the sale of loans to investors.

Experienced in report writing, depositions, court testimony and litigation consultation.

Presently active as a practitioner in both institutional lending and loan servicing as well as hard money lending and loan servicing. Testimony provided in matters regarding loan origination, loan servicing, and the sale of loans to investors, both private and institutional. Extensive background in training and education for the mortgage industry.

Although I've testified as an expert more than 45 times and regularly perform mortgage expert witness assignments, I'm primarily active in loan servicing, mortgage lending, loan brokerage, and trust deed investments. The majority of my earned income (approximately 70%) is from these activities, with 30% or less of my income coming from expert witness activities.
