Mr. Grusenmeyer is an architect registered in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia with over 40 years of experience. He has provided design services on a wide range of projects, including civic, recreational, commercial, educational, medical, and code consultation work. He is NCARB certified, certified as a Building Official by CABO and as a Building Official, Combination Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, and Plumbing Inspector by the State of Ohio. He has served as Adjunct Professor at Kent State University College of Architecture and Environmental Design teaching Construction Methods and Materials I and II, building code and construction documents.

He has been responsible for field investigations, failure analysis, repair solutions, expert reports, trial preparation, reports and expert witness testimony on numerous matters, and has completed more than 10,000 plan examinations for numerous jurisdictions. He provides technical investigations and research of suspected design and construction problems and expert services for architecturally related personal Injury matters.
