Dr. Jeffrey Crudo is an experienced hospitalist and clinic internist with over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience. He is recognized for leadership, flexibility, and professionalism developed through long-term work across hospitalist, clinic, and locum tenens settings. Dr. Crudo is highly collaborative and patient-oriented, with a practice style grounded in continuity of care, clear communication, and dependable clinical coverage across a wide range of inpatient and outpatient environments.

Since April 2025, Dr. Crudo has served as an MDSI Internal Medicine Provider (Per Diem) performing Disability Determination Exams across multiple California locations including Palm Desert, San Diego, La Jolla, Bakersfield, Roseville, Lancaster, Redding, and Chico (April 2025–present). He is also the Medical Director of Hollywood Internal Medicine Clinic, Inc. in Los Angeles, California (January 2024–present). In addition, he has maintained a Primary Care Practice/Aesthetics role with Coast Medical and Botox through Jeffrey Crudo, MD, Corp. in Laguna Beach, California (September 2021–present).

Dr. Crudo has extensive hospitalist experience in California. He has worked with Sunrise Medical Associates as a Hospitalist at Greater El Monte Community Hospital (South El Monte, CA) and Monterey Park Hospital (Monterey Park, CA) (November 2020–present). He has also served with Epic Medical Group as a Hospitalist across multiple sites including Chino Valley Medical Center, Garden Grove Medical Center, La Palma Intercommunity Hospital, Community Extended Care Subacute-SNF (Montclair, CA), and Kindred LTAC Hospital (Ontario, CA) (October 2018–present). Previously, he worked with InCompass Health as a Hospitalist at Sierra View Medical Center, El Centro Regional Medical Center (UCSD Affiliate), and Pioneers Memorial Hospital (October 2015–February 2025).

Dr. Crudo earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Perpetual Help in Binan, Laguna, Philippines (April 1990) and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago (June 1983). He completed internal medicine residency training at Fairview Hospital & Lutheran General Hospital (Ohio State University Affiliate) (July 1995–June 1996) and Mercy Hospital & Medical Center (University of Illinois Affiliate) (July 1996–June 1999), and a Cardiology Externship at St. Johns Mercy Medical Center (November 1994).

He holds active medical licenses in Arizona, California, Florida, and Nevada, an active California DEA registration, and active certifications including ECFMG, USMLE, ACLS, and BLS. Dr. Crudo is an active member of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine.
