Dr. Jeffrey Chick is a nationally recognized expert in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology, and currently serves as Professor and Division Chief of Interventional Radiology. He trained at top-tier institutions, completing his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Harvard University (Brigham and Women’s Hospital) and his Interventional Radiology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania (Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania). He is board-certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Chick brings significant expert witness and medical-legal consulting experience, with specialized expertise in standard of care evaluation, liability assessment, causation analysis, imaging interpretation, and procedural complication review. He has held multiple high-impact leadership roles including Associate Division Chief, Program Director, Director of Research, Director of Venous Interventions, and Vice Quality Assurance & Safety Officer, roles that involved peer review, adverse event analysis, and quality oversight, making him highly qualified to opine on whether care was appropriate and consistent with accepted medical practice.
He is widely recognized for expertise in complex vascular disease, image-guided procedures, and high-risk patient populations, as well as for providing clear, credible, and compelling testimony. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Harvard University (Brigham and Women's Hospital) and his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania (Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania).
