Jason Randle is a Civil Engineer with 20 years of professional construction and engineering experience. During his career he has held many roles in the industry, from General Contractor/Construction Manager to Project Owner on commercial, residential, municipal, and institutional projects. At Robson Forensic, Jason applies his expertise to expert witness investigations involving construction claims and injuries.

Jason’s diverse experience in construction and development includes project management, construction safety, design-build, and land development due diligence activities. He has led the development of a comprehensive 25+ section operations manual and directed the corresponding training programs for a large construction firm. This covered topics such as procurement, contracting methodology, dispute resolution, quality management, OSHA interaction on projects, and project specific safety programs. Jason has provided executive oversight and management responsibilities of multiple concurrent projects with differing project teams throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania and New Jersey involving master developments, extensive renovations and new construction.

Jason is a licensed Professional Engineer and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He has achieved a US Army Corps of Engineers Certified Construction Quality Manager certificate, and has received OSHA 10 and 30 Hour training programs. Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Maryland and later completed Masters of Engineering post-graduate course work at Maryland in advanced project management, advanced scheduling, management of project teams, and management of design and construction organizations. He has past affiliations with multiple industry groups including ASCE, DBIA, IFMA and USGBC.
