Mr. Miller has been retained as an expert by insurance carriers and law firms for over a decade for a variety of matters ranging from a simple claim review to multi-million dollar litigations. Further, Mr. Miller has thirty years' experience in the tree industry working his way up from ground crew through management which provides a unique array of operational expertise that most experts do not possess. Additionally, he has written numerous consumer education articles and his exemplary report writing has been included in a consulting arborist textbook. Finally, Mr. Miller has served as the forensic expert in hundreds of favorable settlements and has provided expert testimony in trials for prevailing parties.
