A: Sr. Partner Prof. Al Yonovitz, Ph.D., received a Bachelor of Science degree with Highest Honors in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Kent State University in 1969. He obtained his Masters degree in Hearing Science and Audiology from the University of Connecticut in 1972, and obtained his Ph.D. degree in Physiological Acoustics from the University of Connecticut in 1973. During his 40+ years involvement in the areas of forensic audio/video, he is currently a full Professor of the Speech and Hearing Sciences, a former founding Chair of the Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders at the University of Montana and former President of the Montana Speech and Hearing Association. Prior to these appointments, he was employed as an Associate Professor of Hearing Science at the University of Maine (1989-1996) and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (1973-1989), senior Research Scientist at the Menzies School of Health Research and The National Acoustics Laboratories.

Managing Partner/Attorney Herbert Joe is a Board Certified Forensic Audio/Video Examiner with 5 degrees, including 3 science degrees (B.S., M.A., M.S.) and 2 law (J.D., LL.M.) degrees. He is also Adjunct Graduate Faculty (Law) at the University of Phoenix.
