Dr. Frenda Williams is a highly accomplished dentist with over 25 years of experience in clinical dentistry, practice management, and operational leadership. She has demonstrated a consistent ability to enhance both patient care and practice efficiency across a wide range of dental specialties, including restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, implant restoration, pediatric dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Williams earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery in 1993 and her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Carolina State University in 1989. She served as a Lieutenant and General Dentist in the United States Navy from 1993 to 1997, providing comprehensive dental care to enlisted personnel and their families at Rota Naval Base in Spain and the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego. During her tenure, she developed and implemented the first Pits and Fissure Sealant Course at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, establishing the Sealant Department and authoring the accompanying course handbook.

Following her military service, Dr. Williams worked as an Associate General Dentist at Aesthetic Dental Center of Beverly Hills (1997–2000) and Dental Plus Dental Group (2000–2012), providing full-spectrum dental care and treatment planning to diverse patient populations. She later held leadership roles as District Doctor at Coast Dental (2013–2017) and Managing Dentist at Zak Dental Care in Long Beach (2017–2020), where she mentored clinical staff, developed operational solutions to improve efficiency, and implemented quality assurance programs. Since 2021, she has served as an Oral Diagnosing Dentist at California Family Dental Center, overseeing patient intake, improving workflow processes, and enhancing specialty referrals and treatment plan acceptance.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills, leadership, and patient-focused approach, Dr. Williams has consistently delivered innovative solutions that reduce costs, boost revenue, and maximize patient satisfaction. She is also a licensed real estate broker and holds a DEA certification.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Williams enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and dog training.
