Fredric Trester is an attorney and real estate broker with substantial experience in real estate litigation and transactional matters. Formerly an adjunct professor at Southwestern University School of Law where he taught the Real Estate Transactions course. He has been actively involved with the California Association of Realtors and was an approved instructor for the Department of Real Estate. He has represented several national real estate brokerages and was broker of record for a multi-unit residential broker and syndicator. He is available to testify regarding broker standard of care and custom and practice in both residential and commercial sales transactions.
