He is a licensed professional engineer and professional planner in the state of New Jersey and is also a licensed professional engineer in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Florida. Fred is a certified Special Inspector in the state of New Jersey for Reinforced Masonry, Structural Steel Welding and Bolting, Spray-On-Fireproofing, Reinforced Concrete, and Pre-Stressed Concrete. Fred founded Porcello Engineering, Inc. in 1994 and brings over forty years of experience in the engineering and construction fields. He has expertise as an expert witness in engineering inspection, construction management, construction inspection, claims analysis, structural design and analysis, forensic analysis of building components and systems, testing of building materials, and construction cost estimating
