Mr. Kumah is a forensic accountant with experience in economic damages analysis, including lost earnings, lost earning capacity, lost fringe benefits, lost household services, lost business income, and the present value of future care costs. His mission is to provide an accurate, well-documented assessment of the financial and economic facts of a case to clients, to enable them to make informed decisions about their case.
Mr. Kumah is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Ontario), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. His experience includes over twenty years of banking, accounting, and tax work with Standard Bank Group. Most recently he served there as Head of Tax, directing tax compliance, financial statement tax reporting under IFRS and U.S. GAAP, transfer pricing, and responses to tax authority audits. He has also completed professional training in international tax and transfer pricing in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Africa.
