Dr. Eric Jonathan Miller is a board-certified internal medicine physician and clinical hospitalist with experience in academic medicine, residency training, and clinical research. He currently serves as a Clinical Hospitalist at Los Angeles Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles, California (2025–present). Prior to this role, Dr. Miller was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, New York (2023–2025), where he contributed to clinical care and academic responsibilities within a major teaching hospital environment. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital (2020–2023).
Dr. Miller earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York (2016–2020). He also completed a Master of Health Science (M.H.S.) in Reproductive and Cancer Biology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, Maryland (2014–2015), following his undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology (2010–2014). In recognition of academic excellence during medical school, he received the SUNY Upstate Geneva Scholarship (2019) and the SUNY Upstate Class of 1966 Scholarship (2018).
Dr. Miller has held board certification through the American Board of Internal Medicine (2023–present). He maintains an active medical license in the State of California (2025–present) and previously held medical licensure in the State of New York (2023–2025).
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Miller has contributed to peer-reviewed publications and national and international scientific meetings. His published research includes a co-authored article in The Journal of Sexual Medicine examining online discussions related to penile implants (2020) and a medical reference chapter on cellular receptors in StatPearls (2022). He has also presented research at major conferences, including the World Congress of Endourology and Uro-Technology in Seoul, Korea (August 12–18, 2024) and the American Urological Association 2024 Annual Meeting in San Antonio, Texas (May 3–6, 2024). His earlier work was presented as a poster at the Sexual Medicine Society of North America Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee (October 24–27, 2019).
