Dr. Felicia Rosario provides behavioral analysis and litigation strategy consultation in complex civil and criminal cases involving coercive control, psychological manipulation, human trafficking, cult dynamics, and undue influence.

Attorneys retain Dr. Rosario when behavior appears confusing or counterintuitive. She analyzes how fear, control, and exploitation can lead someone to give inconsistent accounts, comply under pressure, react unexpectedly, or stay in contact with an alleged abuser.

Dr. Rosario helps counsel identify relevant behavioral patterns, anticipate misconceptions that could affect how the evidence is understood, and develop contextually grounded approaches to case theory, witness examination, and presentation.

She has provided services in state, federal, and international matters. She is available nationwide and internationally for case assessment, complex record review, behavioral analysis, litigation strategy consultation, expert reports, and deposition and trial testimony.

Dr. Rosario earned an AB from Harvard University, holds an MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and completed a psychiatry internship at LAC+USC Medical Center, one of the nation’s busiest public psychiatric emergency systems. She is a member of Harvard Medical School’s Program in Psychiatry and the Law (PIPATL), an interdisciplinary forum focused on behavioral science and legal decision-making.

Her expertise is further informed by documented firsthand experience within a coercive system; she was an executive producer and featured subject of the Hulu documentary Stolen Youth: Inside the Cult at Sarah Lawrence.
