Introduction

I have been reviewing potential med-mal cases for 21 years, providing an opinion in close to 900 cases. I have provided 40+ depositions, and testified at trial 10+ times.

Approximately 75% of my work has been for plaintiff side, offering support in 35% of cases reviewed; and 25% for defense side, offering support in 85% of cases.

I am the only physician in the country holding the titles of Fellow in the American College of Physicians, Senior Fellow of Hospital Medicine, Fellow in the American Board of Quality Assurance, and Fellow in the American Institute of Healthcare Quality.

I am repeatedly told that my reviews are especially thorough, and that I have a unique ability to connect with jurors with my ability to explain complex concepts.
