Dr. Dominique Crain
Alpharetta, GA 30022
Office: 470-491-4328
Dr. Dominique J. Crain is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician over six years of active multi-system hospitalist practice across twelve states. Her medical-legal consulting practice focuses on inpatient standard-of-care review, mismanagement, and misdiagnosis matters — with particular depth in sepsis, stroke, acute myocardial infarction, deep vein thrombosis, ARDS/respiratory failure, heart failure, and diabetic ketoacidosis.
Trained through an inpatient-intensive non-compete residency, Dr. Crain has built her clinical career as a locums hospitalist — practicing under the standard-of-care protocols of more than a dozen institutions. That multi-system exposure produces a credibility no single-hospital expert can match: opinions grounded in how care is actually delivered in real-life practice across diverse settings, not the institutional habits of one.
Dr. Crain accepts engagements for both plaintiff and defense, in federal and state jurisdictions. She works exclusively on inpatient matters and is selective about case acceptance. Her written work and testimony are neutrally aligned, evidence-based, and concise — never advocacy in a lab coat.
Available for medical record review, written reports, deposition, and trial testimony. Author of the forthcoming Litigation Guide for Attorneys — a practical reference on how a physician reads a chart and evaluates standard of care.
