Dr. Dawn N. Chambers, PT, DPT has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years with active clinical experience across telehealth, skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedics, and disability services consulting. She currently practices full-time as a telehealth physical therapist treating motor vehicle collision, orthopedic, and post-surgical patients, and works part-time in a skilled nursing facility conducting fall risk assessments, mobility evaluations, and transfer safety planning for medically complex populations.

In her consulting role with a disability services agency, Dr. Chambers provides agency-level fall risk and mobility assessments and delivers staff training to direct support professionals on transfer safety, supervision standards, and fall prevention protocols. This breadth of experience positions her as one of a small number of physical therapists with expert-level knowledge of both institutional and community-based standards of care requirements.

Dr. Chambers offers expert opinion in matters involving motor vehicle collision rehabilitation, SNF falls and negligence, transfer and gait training injuries, supervision standard of care, telehealth physical therapy practice standards, and ergonomic and workplace injury. She reviews medical records, prepares written expert opinions, and is available for deposition testimony. Dr. Chambers accepts cases for both plaintiff and defense.
