He is double-fellowship trained in Complex Spine Surgery and Pediatric Orthopedics. Licensed in Florida, Dr. Siambanes performs more than 100 complex surgeries annually and has extensive experience providing medico-legal reports and treating patients with spinal injuries.

He has contributed to advancements in scoliosis instrumentation systems and published research in respected medical journals.
