Dr. VanBeek is a board-certified, fellowship-trained shoulder to elbow orthopedic surgeon with 13+ years of expertise. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Columbia University-New York Presbyterian Hospital and fellowship at The Rothman Institute-Thomas Jefferson University. She is the Director of Surgery at Stamford Health. Her practice solely addresses shoulder to elbow pathology, including strains, tears, and arthritis in non-operative and operative patients. She consults for orthopedic implant companies and is a Key Opinion Leader. She has served on healthcare boards, authored numerous research articles, and is a peer reviewer for orthopedic journals.
Dr. VanBeek has extensive experience as an expert witness, including testifying at trial and depositions on behalf of both plaintiff and defense.
