Cindy Petersen is a human resources leader and independent workplace investigator, Founder of Edge HR Strategy LLC, with 25+ years in HR and 500+ investigations conducted and directed. She conducts high-stakes investigations, focused on executive and C-suite matters, and reviews investigations others have conducted, assessing whether the work was properly scoped, impartially handled, adequately documented, and whether the conclusions hold up.
In her roles as an executive HR leader, Ms. Petersen built and led an internal investigations function under a federal deferred prosecution agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, conducting C-suite investigations and working directly with boards of directors.
