Ms. Carr has long been a trusted partner in digital forensics and incident response investigations with a specialty in PCI data breach. A pioneer in the field of DF, she developed many of the processes and procedures still in use today. Ms. Carr was a founding member of the Air Force and DoD Computer Forensics Laboratories, the first of their kind. Throughout her career, Ms. Carr has testified as an expert witness dozens of times in federal and state courts in various types of matters and prides herself in both the quality of her work and her ability to communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
