Charles Johnson is a Board-Certified Physical Security Professional (PSP®) with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the physical security industry.
As the Founder & CEO of NGA Security Advisors, with offices in Georgia and Florida, Charles leads a team that conducts onsite vulnerability assessments and provides strategic guidance to clients seeking to enhance safety and security through technology.
Charles can assist with Negligent Security, Premises Liability, Personal Injury cases where Security Management, Physical Access Control, Cameras, Video Surveillance, Biometrics, Artificial Intelligence, Vehicle Entrance, Pedestrian Entrance, Exterior Barriers, Fire, Burglar & Sprinkler Alarms are being called into question.

In addition, Charles is experienced in the compliance process with the Florida Tort Reform Bill / Florida House Bill 837 / Florida Statute 768.0706 that was signed into law in March 2023 providing a “Presumption Against Liability” for multi-family property owners/management companies against premises liability/personal injury claims/lawsuits. Charles is very adept at educating others on the initial and ongoing compliance requirements including CPTED Assessment, security improvements and employee education. He earned the requisite FCP (Florida CPTED Practitioner) designation in December 2024, which was granted by the State of Florida Office of Attorney General. He is also a member of US CPTED and is dedicated to educating others on the substantial Crime Prevention benefits of incorporating CPTED in a building's environmental design.
