Federal • State • U.S. District • Military • Civil • Aviation
Since 1980, USAForensic has provided advanced forensic analysis in Audio, Video, Computer, Cellular, and Cell Tower evidence. Our team has completed over 3,000 forensic assignments across the United States and internationally, working in matters ranging from complex civil litigation to high-stakes criminal trials.
Our experts maintain full-time forensic laboratories in Phoenix, Arizona and Detroit, Michigan, operating seven days a week. Each expert has a minimum of 20+ years of full-time professional experience in their respective discipline.
USAForensic professionals have earned 39 Emmy Awards for Technical Excellence in video and audio engineering. While awards are not evidence, they reflect decades of disciplined, real-world engineering under high-pressure broadcast conditions — experience directly applicable to forensic environments.
Digital & Cellular Forensics:
Our cellular forensic division is led by Matt Erickson, a member of the Cellebrite design team. Having conducted thousands of mobile device examinations, Matt operates not as a software technician, but as a coder and systems engineer with deep knowledge of the underlying architecture of extraction and parsing environments.
Our work has been involved in nationally recognized matters, including cases featuring prominent public figures. We approach each case with identical methodology regardless of profile or publicity.
Technical Position:
We intentionally maintain technology platforms and analytical capabilities ahead of most governmental laboratories. Our work has been conducted in both classified and unclassified environments. We routinely identify limitations, artifacts, metadata corruption, compression errors, and methodological weaknesses overlooked in standard agency workflows.
Scope of Service:
We serve law firms, corporations, insurance carriers, government agencies, and the U.S. Military. We are retained by both defense and prosecution.
Our guiding principle is simple:
Data is data. It takes no side.
USAForensic provides independent, scientifically grounded analysis designed to withstand Daubert, Frye, and Rule 702 scrutiny.
