I am the owner and founder of California Property Inspections Inc. I have been inspecting buildings in Southern California since 2014 and have personally inspected over 6000 buildings. I perform building inspections for buyer and sellers of residential homes and commercial buildings. I perform inspections for renovations companies prior to purchase and post renovation sale for contractor compliance and safety. I provide commercial construction build out oversight for owner interfacing with city officials during construction.I have advised on several dozen cases in a non professional manner to personal friends who are real estate attorneys, one case in an official capacity. I produce a detailed comprehensive report outlining the property to any depth needed, accuracy is key and paramount. I have personally performed over 3500 inspections on a variety of building and have been exposed to thousands of conditions relevant to buildings. I I have thermal cameras for moisture scans and the latest equipment for forensic inspections. I run the day to day operations of the business.

- A: Building codes in a gross negligence/ wrongful death case against a major city. The city allowed the architect use less stricter codes and a death occurred. In two weeks I unlocked their four year stalemate by finding and outlining for the attorneys the administrative codes the city missed. We will win as this is currently active and ongoing.
